- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) via Masercloud Mail.
- Attempting unauthorized access, disruption, or DDoS attacks against our infrastructure.
- Exploiting Discord bots or CS2 tools for abusive, malicious, or unlawful actions.
- Violating any applicable laws or platform terms (e.g., Discord Terms of Service).

Masercloud provides software and digital tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
While we strive for high uptime and stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masercloud and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
